There are 50M Equity Shares that make up 100% of Voice Trivia and we are awarding 50% of them (ie. 25M) to the first wave of people who sign up for Lifetime Partner Memberships.

You’ll basically be like Limited Partners (LPs) and should Voice Trivia ever get acquired or go public, your shares will either be converted, but never at a loss for you or paid out. Simple.

Note: Below are a couple of Scenario Estimates that could happen. We understand this all depends on how well Voice Trivia is run, executed and grown. Our goal is to make the Partners Program less about Voice Trivia’s viability and more about the sheer will and intent of a large collective group who agree to force the issue. Much in the way that many VCs and LPs dump ridiculous amounts of money into lots of unqualified founders and startups, forcing them to eventually figure it out and become relevant.

Scenario #1 - VT sells for $50M

$10 one-time Lifetime Partner Membership (Level 1) - 200 shares/.0004%
- You’d receive a final payout of $200 - a 20X return

$100 (or $10/mo) one-time Lifetime Partner Membership (Level 6) - 2,500 shares/.005%
- You’d receive a final payout of $2,500 - a 25X return

Scenario #2 - VT sells for $500M

$10 one-time Lifetime Partner Membership (Level 1) - 200 shares/.0004%
- You’d receive a final payout of $2,000 - a 200X return

$100 (or $10/mo) one-time Lifetime Partner Membership (Level 6) - 2,500 shares/.005%
- You’d receive a final payout of $25,000 - a 250X return

There are many other scenarios and estimates you could do, but the potential is really on us all once we finalize the Partner Members. Our personal goal is at least $1B. We figure - Trivia is one of the oldest forms of entertainment, passing of wisdom, etc. that there is - and it’ll be around in some shape or form long after we all are gone. And, just think of all the different types and topics of Trivia - from: Sports, Movies, Science, History, Animals, Literature, Pop Culture, Celebs, World, Astronomy, Cartoons, Cars/Automobiles - and it goes on and on.

Our plan is to use a majority of the funds generated from the Partner Memberships for Trivia Challenge prizes and the rest to promote the platform and get others to experience it, which will boost all Partners’s Monthly Earnings Payouts. Simple. And, of course there are quite a few built-in features, including our insane referral program that we think will be huge draws for tons of new users.
